Briana became interested in OCD treatment after learning about ERP from Michelle. She began training through the IOCDF (International OCD Foundation) which sparked a passion within her. Briana is certified by the CBT Institute and uses both exposure therapy (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT). Outside of her OCD specialty, Briana is experienced in treating trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders. Her personal approach to clients is through a lens of empathy and unconditional positive regard. Though ERP and ICBT are very specific therapies, there is no loss of humanness and individuality when working with Briana to reach your goals.

Leslie specializes in the assessment and treatment of adults with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. Leslie has experience working with individuals who have OCD, phobias, and anxiety. She uses evidence-based treatments such as Exposure and Response Prevention therapy (ERP), Inference-based Cognitive Behavior Therapy (I-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Leslie believes in having a client centered, strengths-based approach where you will work together to create positive changes.

Michelle Lefeavers, LCMHC, LCAS
Michelle has been in remission from OCD for about two decades. She treats individuals with OCD and provides training to groups, counseling students, and interns as well as OCD consultations and treatment planning for other providers. She is passionate about educating providers and counseling students that using basic CBT to treat OCD is detrimental to clients and that specialized OCD training specifically in exposure response prevention is key to treatment. She hopes to clarify that while ERP is a form of CBT, basic CBT is not ERP. Michelle uses both ERP and ACT with clients and in trainings.
